This has been long overdue loves.

It shall be inspired by four of my favorite things:

1) Peter Pan

An unabridged version of the J.M. Barrie classic and my favorite book of all time.

2) Bubbles

These are some of the best bubbles I've found...and believe me, I look around quite a bit. They will last a crazy long time as well.

3) Pumpkins

This adorable little clay pumpkin was handmade for me by my friend Annie. It's cuteness and perfection. I almost don't want to part with it.

4) One of my favorite quotes: "Discover beauty in everyone."

A painting by yours truly with a piece of my favorite quote.

P.S. - If you win but don't care for this painting, I would be more than happy to do another one for you.

Bye loves!

Dear Neverland,

It's been awhile.

I know. I've stopped being diligent. But I need to tell you something Neverland.

Just because I haven't been visiting, doesn't mean I haven't been thinking about you!

I thought about you all through finals.

I thought about you while I was slightly ill and resting. While I was driving back and forth from Kansas City 3 times in one month.

And you've been so good to me Neverland.

You helped me win this beautiful headband from Little Reminders of Love through her giveaway with Pixie Gear.

And you offer me so much inspiration. So I can change a book about being mad into my own private collection of things that make me happy.

Neverland. I'm sorry. But I know how I'm going to make it up to you.

I know. You're just breathless with excitment.

Check back loves. I promise it'll be up soon!

Love Always!

P.S. - Please just love them with me. I know I shove them down your throat all the time, but they just released a free live album for their mailing list that made me fall in love with their music all over again.

It's beautiful. Please check both of these ladies out. They make me happy.

Now if you will excuse me...the boy snail has finally come to visit me from the far away land of Virginia. He took me to dinner already and now we're watching Jerry Seinfeld.

Memory 12

So speaking of ironic? Wait we weren't speaking about ironic things?

Now speaking of ironic (see what I did there).

Isn't it ironic that I've been writing about all of these things from my childhood that I'm nostalgic about when I have so many things in my life right now that also make me nostalgic about my childhood.

I call this my "childhood collection." Makes me seem less sad than saying my "toy collection." I have a toy box. Don't judge. You know you want one.

So. I have decided to share some of these wonderful toys with you in order that you might be inspired to start your own toy box to keep you connected to that wonderful time called childhood.

Or at the very least remember some of those favorite childhood moments.

Her name is Miley. Since everyone calls me Hannah Montana I thought I would return the favor.

I got her on my 21st birthday with my mom. There is a little voice box with my mom saying "Hi sweetie! Good morning! I love you!"

It kinda makes my life happy.

She reminds me of my Cabbage Patch Doll named Baby Lisa. I might try to find a picture this weekend at home.

What was your favorite childhood stuffed animal?

Speaking of Hannah Montana? Wait...we weren't?

Well, I have to confess I do own a Hannah Montana CD. I don't even care.

Cause this song makes me dance in my room with Miley.

Week 14

I'm slowly realizing I will have so much fun decorating my first house.

2) Sleeping in

3) Airplanes. And prints of them

(mostly cause one of these magic flying devices is flying a certain boy snail here in 6 days, but I promise not to count down everyday)
Children's limited edition art print ''Night flight'' (giraffe)

4) The sound of rain

(in order to add a positive spin on this gloomy weather)

5) Chocolate

(cause really who doesn't?)

I'll be your friend forever if you know this ^ reference.

P.S. - You with the fake dreds, we need to watch it again. And yes, I do choose to communicate with you in all forms of internet exploration.
